Roger Kilian
Executive Pastor, Music and Administration
Roger is a graduate of Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania, and has served at Fourth Baptist Church since 1988. In addition to his many responsibilities, he oversees the Missions Committee and Publicity, and coordinates all major events at the church, such as the semi-annual Musicales.

Gary Blessman
Business Office
Gary graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a degree in accounting, and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Church Administration. Previously, Gary was the bursar at the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, and the controller at Mount Senario College.

David Levy
Outreach and Evangelism
David is a graduate of Northland Baptist Bible College. He earned his Master of Divinity degree from Central Baptist Seminary in 2005. Before Fourth Baptist, David served as a youth pastor in northern Illinois for seven years, then three years as a senior pastor in northern Indiana. David was reared in a Jewish home and received Christ at the age of 17.

Jim McLeish
Golden Agers and Seniors Ministries
Jim is a graduate of Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Jim worked with the Fourth Baptist youth during his seminary years. Following his graduation, he planted a church in Alexandria, MN and served as pastor there for over 25 years. Jim joined the staff of Fourth Baptist Church on July 1, 2007 and also continues to serve as director of Baptist for Life of Minnesota. Jim and his wife, Terry, have five children.

Jason Stamper
Youth Ministries
Jason Stamper graduated from Northland Baptist Bible College in 2002. While there, he met Beth, and they were married the summer following graduation. Together they moved to the Twin Cities to begin work on an M.Div from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason graduated with that degree in 2007. Jason and Beth have three children.

Jon Tuttle
Christian School Administrator
Jon graduated from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in 1975 and received a Master of Arts in Christian School Administration from Grace Theological Seminary in 1981. He became the administrator of Fourth Baptist Christian School in 1998. He brings with him valuable skills, and more than 23 years of experience as a teacher and administrator in Christian schools.
